Physical Description:5ft10, 170lbs Caucasian with short brown hair and blue eyes. Murphy has a mole on his cheek and numerous tattoos such as Aequitas on his right hand, the virgin Mary on his neck and a Celtic cross on his forearm. Murphy usually wears simple clothes such as jeans, t-shirts, boots and favors black pea coats and sunglasses. Irish American, Murphy speaks with a pronounced Irish accent.

Personality: Murphy is the younger of the twins and tends to be the more impulsive one in his anger and ideas but he usually follows his brother's lead. For the most part, Murphy is your average guy if a bit overly religious. He enjoys a drink, a good joke and a lovely lass on his arm for the most part and if the world was a good place, Murphy would be content to enjoy such things. But the world isn't a good place and Murphy feels the need to avenge injustice and punish the wicked in a violent fashion along side his brother Conner. A devout catholic, Murphy tries hard to obey the rules of the church and you can always count on him to be in church on the holy days.

Strong points

Brief Background

Murphy and Conner McManus were born in Dublin, Ireland and were raised mostly by the mother Mary as their father had left for America when they were young. The pair had a happy childhood for the most part though they were always rather poor though that didn't stop their mother from ensuring they had a good education. Thanks to her the boys graduated with high marks and were well versed in six languages. Mary had hoped her boys would go to college and make something of themselves in Ireland but they were determined to follow in their father's footsteps and moved to America.

The pair got jobs at a meat packing factory that allowed them just enough money to rent a flat in Boston. They made friends, went to church, went to work and lived their lives in an ordinary fashion but their view started to change. They saw the crime and injustice in their own neighborhood and knew it was wrong but it wasn't until the brothers were attacked themselves that they decided to do anything about it.

The mob was the first target and they wiped out nine Russian mob bosses in one hit, though that was mostly luck on their part. Elated with their success, the pair soon moved on to more targets with the help of their friend Rocco. Eventually they are even joined by FBI agent Paul Smecker and their long lost father Il Duce.

After a bold attack on mob boss Joe Yakavetta in the middle of a Boston courtroom, the McManus men make themselves known as the Saints, vigilante killers who promise to punish the evil doer in Boston.
